Not to be missed—A visit to a spectacular Atascadero estate (hors d’oeuvres and drinks) is scheduled for Saturday evening, November 12th.
This house and garden on approximately an acre was the first to be built in Atascadero more than 75 years ago. William Harris and Howard Haynes, long time residents of San Miguel and generous philanthropists for a variety of causes, have beautifully restored their house and filled it with art. The garden has undergone several restorations so it now has that rich, verdant, dense quality that is only possible in a mature garden.
That would be enough to satisfy most visitors; but there is a new showpiece on the property! Luis Pantoja, San Miguel artist and jewelry designer, has just recently completed construction of a hacienda style house and chapel using a variety of salvaged antique building materials and has filled (and I mean filled) the walls with antique religious icons and artifacts and other treasures from the past. Amazing collections beautifully displayed! You will be sorry if you miss this.

And there is more…William Harris and Luis Pantoja, internationally recognized custom jewelry designers, invite you to browse in the Piedras jewelry store on site. Be prepared to be dazzled by the bracelets, earrings, rings, and necklaces and be prepared to shop.
